BibTeX engine

Status: idea

The idea is to plug an engine able to parse BibTeX .BST files and provide an API compatible with the one in 1.3 to format entries. This will allow pyblio to tap the existing repository of styles, and to bring them to OpenOffice and any other output format that pyblio will support.
